We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to a designer outlet complex, and we had no trouble finding parking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing a variety of options for guests to entertain themselves. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making us feel at home. To top it all off, the staff were uniformly welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. They gave us tips on activities in the area, and the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed here for Christmas and the decorations were great. Loved the fire in the lobby and the cozy sofas. The kids enjoyed the movie nights with ice cream, and the location was perfect for shopping and skiing. The spa water in the lobby was a nice touch.
The room was not clean and had a funny smell. We had to call housekeeping twice to get it cleaned properly. The restaurant had a long wait and the food was not great. We had to wait ages for our drinks too. The indoor pool area was so crowded and the chlorine smell was too strong, it made our eyes and noses hurt. Won't be returning next year.

The location was fantastic, it was great to have the outlets right next to the hotel. The room had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The leisure facilities were excellent, perfect for bigger groups of friends who enjoy spending time together.
The breakfast was disappointing, with only a buffet available that was wasteful.

During our Xmas trip, we appreciated the cookies and hot chocolate served in the cozy lobby. The hotel was conveniently located close to local attractions and restaurants, giving us plenty of options to explore. Additionally, the swimming pool was a fun and enjoyable feature.
Our stay was marred by the abundance of noisy families with children. Their loudness affected our overall experience and made it difficult to relax. Additionally, we found the rooms to be outdated, and the beds were not very comfortable. we were disappointed with our stay.

Two complimentary activities and a convenient location by shopping and dining options made our trip here a bit more enjoyable. The hotel's restaurant was delicious and the fitness room was well-equipped. Plus, being able to walk to the nearby stores and restaurants was a big plus.
The hotel itself was far from impressive. The rooms were cramped with old furnishings, and cleanliness was an issue with stains, bad odor, and maintenance issues. The air conditioner was loud and disturbed our sleep, and the bartender's unhygienic practices were quite disgusting. we wouldn't recommend this hotel as it was definitely not worth the price.

Staff where curtious and helpful, fast check-in, very diversified breakfast buffet even though priced high ($11.95 but kids eat free, so Ok) Clean place and nice pool side especially for family.
A bit noisy, could easily here people in hall way in the morning. But then again some people don't bother to be quite in the morning.
